Temple anniversary

4 – 5 October

We warmly invite you to join us in celebrating the ninth anniversary of Somaskanda Ashram. The program will include havans, special kumbapujas to Lord Somaskanda Murthi, and much more.

✨ Saturday – 12:00 PM (Noon)

• Celebrations begin with Nandi Puja.
• Continue inside the temple with a Mahabhishekam to Lord Somaskanda Murthi.
• Delicious prasad (blessed food) will be served for all.
• After lunch, the temple team will host an uplifting satsang.

✨ Sunday – 12:00 PM (Noon)

• The day begins outdoors with a Havan and Kumbapuja to Lord Ganesh.
• Inside the temple, we continue with a special Kumbapuja to Lord Somaskanda Murthi.
• Prasad will be offered to everyone after the pujas.

We look forward to celebrating these auspicious days together with you and your family.

Getting there

From the village of Fideris a mountain road leads up to the ashram for about 10 km. The driving on the road is subject to a special permit. Please get it using the Parkingpay app  or buy it in Fideris at the sales post of the Heuberge AG).

Mobile permit information

Park your car in the public parking area. From there, walk 2 km to the temple.

The last 300 m from the junction (Höhi) to the temple must be walked on foot (approx. 15 min). Elderly people and those with health conditions will be driven up by the team of helpers. For more details you can watch our video.
